Understanding your medical history assists us in making a thorough diagnosis and getting you on the road to recovery quickly.

As a patient of our clinic, your medical records are kept on a very secure medical records system. This enables our team of doctors to have access to information they may require during your appointment. Regardless of who you see, you can be assured they can provide you with seamless health management and give you the right advice.

Your medical information is treated with the strictest of confidentiality and is not shared with external allied health professionals without your prior consent.

Where possible we appreciate it if you can complete a new patient form prior to your appointment. It will save you time on the day and generally we find it allows patients to provide more complete information about their health.

We understand that teenagers and young adults may at times feel unable to discuss their physical, emotional or mental health needs with their families. We provide an approachable environment where young people can find confidential non-judgmental health assistance.

Please phone the practice on 3351 0323 to make an appointment or book online. A standard consultation usually lasts up to 15 minutes and is sufficient for most medical visits. If you have multiple problems or complex issues to discuss during your consultation please request a longer appointment when making your booking. Please ask for a separate appointment for each family member.

When you arrive at the practice please see reception so we can confirm your arrival and let your doctor know you are waiting. If you require urgent medical attention please notify reception on your arrival.

Appointments are held each day for walk in patients, urgent reviews or sick children. Our same day policy ensures you and your family will be seen.
