Daniel Crockett
Graduated from QUT with a Bachelor of Podiatry and has 5 years of clinical experience. I fell in love with everything within podiatry using previous sporting experiences and theoretical knowledge to help and empower patients to prevent and overcome injuries. I have a particular interest in all areas of podiatry from sports medicine, wounds, high risk, rehab and paediatrics. I am continually learning and growing his understanding about podiatry as well as new areas that are constantly developing in the podiatry world. I also have a Bachelor of exercise and Sports Science and a fascination with biomechanics and human movement which I apply daily. Great experience in managing heel pain, arch pain, foot and ankle pains. Book online today.

Erica Maccarone
Erica is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who graduated from QUT with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics, majoring in sports Dietetics in 2003.
As a Dietitian, Erica brings her medical nutrition intervention expertise from the clinical settings in the acute care, Burns management, intensive critical care, general medicine, infectious diseases, maternity health and surgical dietetics working at the Royal Darwin Hospital 2009-2017, Cairns Base Hospital 2008 surgical wards and researched wound healing prevention and nutritional management, Cape York Peninsula in far far North Queensland in Weipa 2009 educating the community on healthy eating by delivering this message by 4WW to the surrounding communities and promoting the Vege Man via football clinics to the local schools and organised the Queensland Cowboys to visit the children.
Erica also worked at the Princess Alexandra hospital 2006 in the spinal injury unit, the Fat busters incorporated (FBI) weight loss program, facilitating the pre and post-surgical upper gastrointestinal clinics.
Erica worked in the South Burnett region in Kingaroy hospital, Nanango & Wondai in all acute care medicine & outpatients clinics in 2004-2006 including endocrinology in diabetes management.
Erica has experience in paediatrics and enjoys working with mums towards improving healthy eating and creating food ideas for our growing children.
Erica has been working at Keperra family practice & Mitchelton on Blackwood practice since 2019 and is available at Keperra Family Practice Saturdays.

Chrissy Skinner – Diabetes Educator & Exercise Physiologist
Chrissy is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator and Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a strong background in working with clients for diabetes and weight loss. Her qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education & Management (University of Technology, Sydney 2014), Bachelor of Health Science – Nutrition (QUT 2007), and Bachelor of Applied Science – Human Movement Studies / Bachelor Business (QUT 2005). Chrissy believes strongly in assisting patients with self-management strategies that can lead to long-term behaviour change to optimise health outcomes. Her areas of expertise include educating adults with Type 2 Diabetes, Type 1 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, newly diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes, and injectable therapies for diabetes and weight management. She can also initiate and manage patients utilising Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems.
